小妹同友人今次約食泰菜,來到這間元朗高人氣的薄荷葉餐廳。餐廳是間型格酒吧,卡拉OK的投影幕。一坐下,侍應已經貼心的為我們送上前菜。這客有機前菜($12),微微辣辣,頗開胃的!餐牌非常精美,大部份菜式也附上圖片!道道菜都好似好好食咁,賣相一流。例如廚師推介的春卷、自家制炸魚餅、特色菠蘿飯、廚師特色蝦醬炒飯......真係樣樣睇到都想食呀!咁多選擇,攪到小妹和友人都有選擇困難症啊!商量後,最後我地揀左黃咖哩、炸蝦餅和串燒!黃咖哩有豬、牛、雞可以選擇,我地選了豬,估唔到豬既份量都幾多,幾好味!仲有洋蔥、紅椒、青椒等配合呢!令到黃咖哩的口感都好有層次。熱熱的,好香!強烈建議大家可以order個薄餅,咁就更加可以連汁都食埋!配上白飯也是perfect match呢!這個自家製炸蝦餅要特別推介一下。一上菜,香味撲鼻!佢既份量比我想像中還要多!雖然這是炸物,但蝦餅一點都不油膩!蝦餅肉質實在,真材實料,亦配上香菜混和,大家記得要趁熱食呀!接著就是串燒,亦是我十分期待的!食泰國菜一定會叫的!小妹亦食遍廣大泰式串燒,有燒烤香,又要保留肉汁,實在好考師傅功夫!可以敢說這裡的串燒既質素非常高呢!沙嗲串燒一共六

沙嗲串燒一共六串,
豬牛雞各兩串,我和友人各三串,剛剛好。
雞牛豬都是厚厚多汁!
店員介紹說可以先點一下沙嗲醬再撕少許香草,真的比較惹味!
