今時今日去銅鑼灣食打冷都可以‘潮’得起,這間餐廳裝修比較新派,有好多擺設,完全係‘潮’食潮州菜,適合後生仔,睇住個好開揚嘅夜景,聽住有節拍嘅音樂食滷味,都係第一次體驗。餐廳前菜,有個爆谷俾你,幾有趣!朋友想食些菜,所以叫咗個八爪魚沙律,味道好西式甜酸汁,八爪魚嘅份量好多。每台必叫鹵味拼盤可以拼三款至五款,$238同$298嘅分別。鵝片上枱份量都幾多,鵝肉處理得幾嫩滑,入口有滷水陳香,呢度嘅滷水唔算太鹹,覺得唔夠鹹,叫了侍應俾些魚露或醋汁提味。豬仔髀共有三隻,份量非常之大,食物是分開滷水處理,所以豬仔髀一咬,髀肉即刻可以撕開,味道唔會死鹹。鵝腸值得一讚,肥膏都已經處理掉,所以剩返爽脆嘅外皮,入口一啲都唔韌。豬腩肉睇落好邪惡,但入口爽脆,切得夠薄身,所以夠入味。豬肚入口爽脆,夠彈牙。再叫咗個蠔仔粥$108,蠔仔非常之飽滿,粒粒都係脹卜卜,非常鮮味,旁邊嘅配菜芫荽蔥及冬菜,鮮味十足,分量啱啱好。
