To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚飯時間專程去食呢間聽講有鋪滿海膽嘅魚生丼。地點其實係上環地鐵站A出口附近，非常易搵。當晚都好多人買外賣。我同友人就選擇堂食。.呢度刺身丼種類都好多選擇，就咁叫海膽魚生丼又覺得Dry咗啲，所以配多樣其他刺身試下係咪一樣咁鮮味，而且佢仲可以加配熟食或者生蠔、赤貝刺身……等。.🍣🍚馬糞海膽（1板）+阿根廷大蝦（3隻）$148，加配活赤貝刺身一隻$30.果然海膽多到蓋滿飯面，一片金黃色顯得特別吸引，將佢同啲飯拌勻一齊食，啖啖都好滿足！另外大蝦尺寸亦夠大隻，食落去肉質結實鮮甜。至於赤貝無得頂，另外原隻切片上碟，食一隻真係唔夠喉。.同場加映：海膽刺身丼！絕對澎湃！.係呢度個價錢其實算正常價，食物都算中上，但可能太多人食，所以要耐心等候下。等嘅時候飲住隨丼附送嘅麵豉湯先啦！
