今晚又夜食晚餐，8點幾就近近地揀咗AMP Cupping Room。店舖分兩區，裡面的餐區裝修以清新温馨為主，坐得舒適。可惜今日無漢堡無鱸魚，結果單點大蝦墨汁意粉，同埋兩份和牛配薯條。香蒜大蝦墨汁意粉賣相幾精緻，真•大蝦球煎得好香，夾著蒜香，一上枱聞到👍雖然店員推介澳洲和牛要medium well肉質最好，但我地分別揀咗3乘熟同八乘熟。上台賣相都唔錯，入口有肉香，肉質唔會韌，蘸上香草牛油，大大增加咗柔滑感。配埋炸到香脆既薯條，同埋什菜，平衡健康感剛剛好。**雖然店內唔係好多客人，但出菜比較慢工細貨，較適合唔趕時間的朋友仔飯聚
