To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日一早去完開會就去吃早餐,都見好耐未試過食大家樂又見樓下有就試下,在收銀都等咗好耐先,再要去排隊拿食物,位置都幾難找到,因為都有不少位都未收執好,終於坐到諗住食早餐,沒想到這個早餐同圖片可以差咁遠。。。一見到隻碟再睇回塊雞扒細塊都嚇親人,仲要是凍,皮又難咬而且醬汁好少肉又鞋身。反而炒蛋仲有塊過雞扒而口感又吾老身,蛋味就普通。沒有叫多士轉為 蘿蔔糕但都失望,凍又沒有蘿蔔味而且粉太多,口感不好吃,夏天天氣咁熱當然叫咗杯 凍咖啡,凍飲方面是足夠夠透心涼但咖啡味偏弱和奶太多,整體同價錢好吾合比例,寧願食其他餐廳更好。
