To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來自日本的「GOGYO五行」位於中環地鐵往歷山大厦的出口，餐廳具日式居酒屋風格，主打日本拉麵、串燒，也有很多酒類選擇。🍜濃厚雞白湯沾麵期間限定的全新菜式，以長時間熬製的雞湯為基底，湯頭濃卻不會過鹹，原來雞白湯裡巧妙地融入多款清甜素菜湯令湯底更清新，還能一次能體驗到兩種吃法。首先是沾麵，寬扁太麵條厚實沾著湯汁，口感彈牙。再來是將湯倒入石鍋飯中，飯上鋪著芝士粉，配著湯汁口感順滑芝士香氣濃郁。雞肉的份量不少，口感肉質細嫩，南瓜鬆軟十分入味。整體好有驚喜，值得一試。🍜吉列北海道十勝豬扒金黃酥炸的外皮，看上去十分邪惡。份量大，厚切的豬扒一口咬下，肉汁香甜加上鮮嫩口感，油脂適中，不沾任何醬汁也很美味。🍢蓮藕脆片將薄切的蓮藕拿去炸得金黃，口感很酥脆。🍢蘆筍豚肉串蘆筍搭配豚肉，口感外嫩內脆，豚肉油脂豐富，完全不會乾柴。總體而言，餐廳都有不錯的表現，環境舒適，地點方便，最適合放工來Relax下。
