Happy Valentine's Day! Had lunch omakase at Sushi Musou on Saturday! Rather comfy seating than some sushi shops I have been to.

Steamed egg with truffle sauce - sadly they used crab stick instead of real crab meats, made it relatively less appealing.

Sashimi platter - oyster (very fresh and the salty jelly on top matches the oyster amazingly), deep fried cod milt 炸白子 (too fishy for us as it was deep fried instead of being marinated), chu toro and grilled bonito (both good but not particularly impressive)

My favourites go to the grilled Otoro sushi (3rd pic - of course its good, its otoro, that fish oil will never disappoint you), hairtail 牙帶魚 (4th pic - cant describe very correctly but its quite special!) and the last dish (1st and 2nd pic) - salmon roe and sea urchin with grilled flounder mixed with rice (this dish was amazing, the fish oil fully immersed into the rice and I love it)

Overall I think the dishes here had a right grasp of balance between the rich and light taste. I like this place
