銅鑼灣近信和廣場,在lockhart 駱克道有間上樓嘅火鍋店。打開lift 門,張張枱都係卡位,比較有空間感,總共大約有十幾張卡位。先選招牌湯底花膠響螺燉肉,濃濃的深黃色既湯,有時五件花膠同響螺。一定要先飲咗一半響螺湯先開始打邊爐。炸響鈴係即炸,總共六件大大份,入口鬆化。yummy~ 四寶丸係手打,比較彈牙。最鍾意墨魚丸,特別爽口。泰式生蝦大大隻,加埋大花甲,滾完花膠湯入晒味。手切本地牛頸脊都算重牛肉味。
