今日行完展覽想覓食,同行朋友推介位於灣仔omakase,無錯是我其中一樣愛食嘅嘢,好在月中食豪啲當獎勵自己鮨鶴--餐廳內L字型吧枱,另外仲有三張四人枱晚餐價錢分為$800,$1000,$1200同$1500,每套都包含先付,刺身,合肴,壽司,卷物,止椀同甜品粒貝--上碟前師傅將他大力拍打,令其未完全死去嘅神經再度復健,配上海鹽柚子皮調味,新鮮清新,口感與蚌肉相近北海道真蠔---肉質透明,有咬口,海水味濃,上面有葱辣椒點綴牡丹蝦絲,頂層有近似蝦膏咸香,食到底有青檸嘅清新牙帶魚配酸汁南姜花絲提味,本身魚味不重,但賣相十分吸引半生熟烤帶子海膽外層係紫菜,入口紫菜薄脆,海膽creamy味濃,帶子火炙味半生熟口感,超級推介煮物八瓜魚,經一晚浸煮好入味,好霖拖羅魚油豐富,入口即溶,淨喺口腔只有油香北海道海膽飯好好好好食,味唔算太濃,但留喺嘅回甘,同海膽嘅新鮮度可以話係頂級魚湯師傅用大量鯛魚餚製而成,湯底牛奶色,飲落粘口濃厚柚子雪吧柚子味好重,但口感唔夠滑,食完有清新感
