講起日式拉麵，我立刻就諗起灣仔嗰間“麵心國”！上星期日 同朋友一起去咗嘗吓新口味 🍜。麵心國嘅店舖環境簡單又舒適，嗰種日系獨特感覺一入到去就感受到。服務員親切有禮，完全體現到人情味👍。首先我哋試咗佢哋嘅“鹽味拉麵”。湯頭透明清澈，滋味淡雅。湯蓮一入口，就感受到食材精華味道都直接反映在湯裏 🍲。雞叉燒味道鮮嫩，配上滑軟嘅豬叉燒同適中嘅鹽分，入口即溶，絕對係下班後一種享受😋。接著就系佢哋嘅“濃厚拉麵”。呢個实在厲害，啲湯底濃郁，裏面嘅雞同醬油叉燒都足料，美味得真係想立即叫多碗！😄麵心國除咗拉麵好食之外，佢哋嘅服務亦係一流👍。侍應員對我哋朝準，笑容親切，讓我哋體驗到真真正正嘅日式飲食文化。食完之後，我哋都覺得超級滿足。個人食嘅份量夠，味道精緻！下次我會再黎，同其他朋友分享呢間好去處！希望屋企附近再多啲呢種好食嘅餐廳👏。要走之前，我忍不住再次睇吓個菜單，原來仲有好多款式嘅拉麵未試過，下次要再挑戰吓！真心推薦比人地嘗試吓，金牌質素，絕對唔會失望！
