To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次Melo就去佐試灣仔嘅龍點心,之前已經好想試,因為佢哋啲點心嘅名好搞鬼又特別🤣一龍大滿足 ($70)呢個籠仔有齊佢嘅signature點心!裡面有酸菜魚鳳眼餃、蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃、筍尖蝦餃皇、松露野菌晶瑩餃、豌豆桃子同埋鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣,每樣一件。Melo最鍾意佢個鹹蛋黃墨魚燒!脆脆富貴紅米腸粉 ($52)用紅米漿做嘅腸粉包住炸蝦春卷,口感層次豐富,好有驚喜!😋淮杞螺片燉竹絲雞($52) 超級足料!湯底香濃,好滋潤!龍炸拼有大澳蝦醬鮮魷卷、龍芋酥、蘿蔔絲酥餅同一口鹹水角,每樣兩件,啲炸物正正常常,最得意係個鹹水角,幾好食!雖然餐廳好多人,但侍應都好殷勤。總括嚟講,龍點心啲點心真係好有創意,食得出真材實料,都值得一試嘅👍🏻
