To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🥟 灣仔新派ғᴜsɪᴏɴ點心 🫖

點心係香港呢個美食天堂嘅其中一個highlight，但平時食嘅都係傳統茶樓嘅點心，今次呢間新開張嘅龍點心就成功帶俾大家一個新派嘅口味🥳 因為佢係主打fusion點心，而最重要嘅係佢啲點心手工現做，款式充滿住創作力👍👍

首先要讚下佢嘅環境，顏色非常鮮艷，龍點心個logo好吸引，喺街度都已經吸引到我啦🤣 另外座位坐得好舒服，好適合同親朋戚友或者同事一齊嚟坐吓食吓點心🥢 職員都非常友善，好仔細咁推介餐牌嘅各款美食😊 餐牌都整得好靚😍 所有點心都有圖片，亦都會有個小簡介形容下個點心🙌

呢個一籠有晒6️⃣款招牌點心，一定要試❗️有酸菜魚鳳眼餃、蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃、松露野菌晶瑩餃、筍尖蝦餃王、豌豆桃子同埋鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣添😋😋 一次過可以試晒最特色嗰幾款點心，好正🤗
🔸 炸饅頭豬柳漢堡 🍔
炸饅頭大家都鍾意，豬柳漢堡大家都一定鍾意，咁有冇諗過呢兩樣嘢可以一齊做一款點心呢？🤭 估唔到原來係得既，而係超好食❗️記住趁佢熱熱地就快啲食👍
🔸 脆脆富貴紅米腸粉 🫓
呢個腸粉顏色好特別，口感好豐富，入邊脆脆地，覺得最特別嘅係佢有三款醬汁俾你點 - 麻醬、甜酸醬同埋豉油，各有各嘅特色，就算原味唔點醬都好好食😍
🔸 鰻魚荷葉飯 🍚
呢一個又係另一個fusion，荷葉飯平時係得肉粒同埋冬菇喺入邊，但係呢個就比較特別啲，有鰻魚喺上邊🤪 以呢個價錢嚟講非常之抵食，當然質素都非常之好啦👏
🔸 拉絲菠蘿包 🍍
甜品我就試咗呢個啦，菠蘿包入邊最多都係聽過有牛油🧈而呢個就有芝士，記住如果想要拉絲效果一定要趁熱食❗️
🔸 紅豆沙奶蓋 🍮
呢個紅豆沙整得好出色👍👍 除咗整得非常綿之外，特別之處就係佢上面有奶蓋，估唔到呢一個組合口味都唔錯喎👍

💫 佢而家因為新店開張仲會送兩款甜品添，我就試咗佢嘅驢打滾同埋桂花玫瑰糕🙈🙈 兩款都整得好出色，一定會再返嚟試吓其他嘅點心🙌
