Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 海鮮天婦羅盛合 $248
廚師會選當日最新鮮嘅食材,做出10款唔同嘅天婦羅。 每次都必有兩隻天婦羅大海老、公魚、喜魚、魷魚。再因應季節而改變其他食材。 今次就有帶子(連裙邊)、紫菜海膽、南瓜日本甘蕃薯、茄子、秋葵、松葉蟹蟹鉗。 天婦羅粉唔會過厚,薄薄一層包住食物,非常脆身唔熱氣。

柚子豚肉石頭湯 $108
豚肉、豆腐、柚子清湯。原來日本人飲完酒、食完刺身之後最尾會叫一個湯嚟暖返個胃。今次我哋都學吓日本人嘅做法,叫個湯飲吓。湯中有淡淡嘅柚子味,好奇一問做法。 原來係用油爆香豬肉時加入柚子胡椒粉,再加入水去煲呢個湯。
