灣仔這帶很多餐廳,今日來到灣仔順便在灣仔食晚飯。這間杜老誌道的中式菜館盛記,令我比較心儀,所以今晚的晚餐揀了食盛記。上到餐廳見到已經有很多客人,餐廳的牆上貼了我喜愛的中式文化的畫。餐廳先送上一碟餐前小食。星洲炒米$108星洲炒米裏面有韭黃、洋蔥、蛋碎、叉燒、芽菜、青紅椒絲及蝦仁…等。星洲炒米帶少少咖哩味,與配菜一齊食很可口。菠蘿咕嚕肉$128菠蘿咕嚕肉配菜有青紅椒及大大件的菠蘿。菠蘿咕嚕肉炸得外脆內帶點軟的肉質,味道酸酸甜甜很可口。梅子酸薑蒸班頭腩$198梅子酸薑蒸班頭腩,份量都很多,都算大碟,酸薑的味道很重,反而我覺得酸的味道微輕少少會好些,班頭腩蒸得剛好熟,很軟滑。

梅子酸薑蒸班頭腩,份量都很多,都算大碟,酸薑的味道很重,反而我覺得酸的味道微輕少少會好些,班頭腩蒸得剛好熟,很軟滑。
