今晚在灣仔晚餐,這家餐廳位置算便利。餐廳牆紙是白色淡雅的花紋,餐廳的餐桌全部是圓台,十分聚會也坐得舒服。餐廳有不同的房間,方便和朋友在房間用餐,有私隱度。⭐️杏汁豬肺湯有豬展、豬肺和白果,白果煮得很軟,豬肺很滑,豬展入口很軟,有淡淡杏仁的味道。⭐️冰鎮鮑魚大大塊鮑魚,冰鎮過入口更爽脆,QQ彈彈的,口感很讚。蘸上特製的醬汁,甜甜辣辣的,更惹味呢!⭐️順德釀鯪魚這道菜很特別,絕對是手工菜。看下去是一條鯪魚。但原來是釀鯪魚肉,光有魚皮和魚身,魚肉已經被鯪魚取代。廚師先把魚肉和魚骨剔出,留下魚頭、魚尾和皮囊,然後將魚肉連細魚骨剁爛釀入魚身,回復魚的形狀。入口魚皮香脆,鯪魚入口彈牙,調味適中,不會太鹹。最後還有杏仁蛋白,入口很滑,杏仁味道很突出,而且不會太甜,實在很滿足呢!
