。🍳 Perfect Egg ($138) - 溫泉蛋上放上磨菇、巴馬臣芝士及類似忌廉吉士的意式sabayon醬,岩哂用烘至脆身的面包點黎食,但只得兩片面包,唔係好夠喉,就咁食個醬又會好漏,如果店舖能提供多些面包會更好。<score:7/10>。🐂 Polmard Beef Tartare ($208) - 牛肉他他調味適中,喱度唔會加得太多我最怕的酸味味的Capre,牛肉加入蛋醬更滑溜,但牛肉有少少筋,同埋切細舊啲會更好。。🕊 Pithiviers of Pigeon and Foie Gras ($428) - 店內signature焗酥皮鴿肉及鵝肝。酥皮外形非常完整,焗得香脆,香甜的椰菜包住鴿肉,把肉汁鎖住,又唔會整淋個酥皮。鴿肉juicy,鵝肝嫩滑,不愧是他們的signature。。🦆 Grilled Duck Breast ($308) - 煎鴨胸非常失望,首先係煎得過熟,二是肉質不太新鮮,有點瘀色,食落肉質有點霉又無鴨肉味,反而舊伴碟紅蘿蔔好好食,好香甜,作為一間法國餐廳煎鴨胸竟然咁嘅質素真係幾失望。。🍷 Chateau de Villaneuve ($36
