To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一遊📍灣仔我隻豬今晚話想食日本嘢，咁我放工就同佢去公司附近嘅一遊，享受日本晚餐，所有嘢食就由呢隻豬發辦，叫咗以下食物海膽吞拿魚壽司卷入邊有吞拿魚蓉面頭有一片吞拿魚，上邊有海膽再有少少甜嘅紫菜做點綴，海膽及吞拿魚份量十足，好鮮味十足，將佢成件放入口，味道好有層次海鮮天婦羅盛合炸得好乾身，香脆材料有大蝦、蟹柳、帆立貝、魷魚、白身魚、茄子，秋葵、蕃薯、南瓜、紫菜海膽卷多款海鮮及蔬菜，用料豐富嘅天婦羅，有抹茶鹽及醬比你選擇，可口美味辣麵豉揚豆腐薄薄的炸皮配上味噌汁，豆腐好滑，直達喉嚨炒野菜材料本菇，茄子，椰菜，紅蘿蔔，配上日式醬油炒，甜甜地，健康之選生薑豚肉石頭燒飯材料有洋蔥、豚肉、紅蘿蔔，份量十足，飯係日本珍珠米，口感軟糯，鍋底更有飯焦呢，配上燒汁，十分惹味串燒牛肉靈芝菇＇牛肉鮮嫩，燒得恰到好處，唔會太乾雞肉明太子，雞肉嫩滑，雞皮乾身唔油膩，配上明太子醬汁好惹味荔枝梳打濃濃荔枝味，內有椰果肉，味道好清新水蜜桃梳打好香水蜜桃味，內有香甜蜜桃果肉，份量唔少清酒餐廳推介了一款名叫“神龍的純米大吟釀，口感豐厚飽滿，清香順喉環境寧靜，座位好寬敞舒適闊，服務服務員笑面迎人十分有禮貌，反應迅速，晚餐好
