驚喜一浪接一浪,奉上的是一碗炒飯,但平凡中帶不平凡,賣相精緻已經不在話下,材料同樣非常豐富,用上西斑牙五花腩、日本越光米、煙燻鰻魚汁、吞拿魚干等製作而成。炒飯香氣撲鼻,入口飯粒乾爽,與友人都非常欣賞,五花腩及吞拿魚干的配搭同樣很新奇但又恰到融和,非常出色。

侍應率先將煙燻乳鴿捧出給我們打卡,煙燻香氣環繞令人垂涎。
稍稍等候之後,已將乳鴿幫我們分上,再次讚賞餐廳的擺盤賣相先聲奪人,顏色非常鮮艷吸引,令人食指大動,鴨肉無可挑剔的嫩滑細膩,而且啖啖都帶著煙燻香氣,到如今仍然歷歷在目。
