主廚以生命循環為靈感,推出的六環ꜰɪɴᴇ ᴅɪɴɪɴɢ晚市菜單。不把前菜、麵包、間場的雪葩算在內的話,餐單包含五款主菜及一款甜品,餐單內容會定期更換,如有特殊要求也可嘗試作出調整。餐單大量使用東南亞風味材料及調料入饌,並以精緻的法式風格呈現。

鯧魚肉質非常嫩滑,而且唔會好多骨🤪👍加上參巴辣椒醬好辣辣地好正!辣椒蟹個醬汁係加咗雞蛋一齊炒,texture更加濃稠,餐廳仲會提供埋手套比客人👍和牛臉頰肉質軟腍入味,將咖喱汁配埋roti一齊食冇得輸😆

海南雞飯係用咗本地三黃雞,口感幾滑,油飯粒粒分明好香口,仲可以按自己嘅喜好加入薑黃、豉油等等🥰西班牙紅蝦喇沙係我當晚最鍾意嘅菜式,湯底濃郁充滿蝦香,摻摻吸收晒湯底嘅精華好好味!🥹
