蟹肉雖然唔算特別多,不過醬汁真係好出色😋辣椒醬汁加上雞蛋一齊炒,口感更濃稠,而且香香甜甜更美味。廚師更一早已經將蟹殼剪開,所以好入味👍🏻

超出色嗰個讚好嘅紅蝦喇沙🦐湯底本來已經好濃郁,鹹甜椰香味俱全,再撈埋紅蝦膏更加鮮甜☺️仲要係配上滲滲,口感更佳又掛汁。
咖喱牛臉頰炆到好腍,而且仲有膠原滿滿嘅感覺,仲可以點埋香脆roti添😆
海南雞飯採用本地三黃雞🐔夠晒滑溜,幾欣賞佢哋嘅油飯,夠香口。

They also got 4-course menu if you have a smaller appetite. This new version of crab au gratin with crispy fish skin reminded me of the Chinese baked crab shell but the white pepper crab brought me back to Singapore! Best dish of the night.

海南雞飯係用咗本地三黃雞,口感幾滑,油飯粒粒分明好香口,仲可以按自己嘅喜好加入薑黃、豉油等等🥰西班牙紅蝦喇沙係我當晚最鍾意嘅菜式,湯底濃郁充滿蝦香,摻摻吸收晒湯底嘅精華好好味!🥹
