To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食沙嗲王！以前細個成日食沙嗲王嘅白咖喱飯，之後因為位置唔係咁就近，慢慢就冇再幫襯。今次上朋友屋企聚餐，叫沙嗲王外賣，當然要一人一個白咖喱豬扒飯啦！白咖喱香茅豬扒飯$56- 每盒有好多塊炸香茅豬扒，炸得稍為油膩咗少少，肉質醃到好鬆軟，肥瘦比例適中，因為豬扒太大塊最後食唔晒佢哋。成個飯嘅靈魂當然係白咖喱汁啦，椰汁味香，送飯最愛，56元有飯同包埋飲品，都幾抵食，推介！芝士焗年糕$43- 芝士汁好膩，一定要一大班人share先至好叫！越式薄皮春卷$40- 好脆嘅春卷！裏面餡料好濕潤，調味好適中，推介！脆蝦棒$33- 個人覺得春卷好食過脆蝦棒，餡料大份啲，同脆啲。
