每次經過唔係已經收舖,就係食飽先再行過黎今日終於可以一嚐味道啦黎到一人一碗拉麵當然唔少得啦前菜既芥末蝦沙律,蝦有少許彈牙,但唔係好新鮮,芥末味比較清淡,可以再重多啲芥末味令人食慾更加提升我叫左蝦味噌拉麵,用豚骨湯做基底,加上蝦味噌既濃厚,湯面再加櫻花蝦提升香味,一個好正既湯底不過拉麵偏軟,無左拉麵既口感,仲有少少糊口有輕微敗北叉燒會另上,切得比較厚身,經過滷製,再經過煎香,有獨特既香味餃子睇落煎得唔錯,可惜食落未夠脆皮,水份未收乾就已經上枱我黎既時候已經大約9點半,人客唔算多,其實食還好既,不過作為開放式廚房,所有動作,做法,衛生都比客人望住,因為清潔衛生乃係首要,我可以清晰睇到拉面水漬到處都係,連抽氣罩上都仲有拉麵黏住
