上回提及同阿P來這裡食午市麵煱,我答應過他會跟他再來打邊爐。今天約埋朋友再戰 "Drunken Pot",一定要試一試這近期 hit 爆的 "酒火入鍋"。 Drunken Pot 的裝修、設計、器皿以致音樂都非常亮麗奪目,相信是全香港最型格的火煱店。連那豉油樽也用大象形狀的器皿盛着,這裡的所有事物都經用心設計過,怪不得我所有來過的朋友無一不激讚。吃火煱前例必 "混醬" 一番,這裡的調味醬及調味料都比坊間選擇多一倍。PJ 點了這裡的自家製 "紫背天葵" ($25) 及 "竹蔗水" ($25),兩者都甜度適中。"Drunken Pot" 就連飲品用的杯也考究過人,特別訂製了一款燈泡造型的玻璃杯,精美到想買一對回家。這杯除了美觀外,亦為食客免卻了杯子翻側的煩腦 。 雖然 PJ 都不算是 "邊爐精",但亦算是周圍覓食之人,我們已很久沒在香港吃飯吃得這麼興奮了,來Drunken Pot 打邊爐不止是一餐飯咁簡單,可以說是一個 experience,那力求創新的宗旨實在令我留下深刻的印象。我們就是為了這 "酒火入鍋" ($320) 而來的。這五格火鍋分別盛着:- 潮州沙嗲鍋:較一般坊間的香滑
