今日食呢度既十四品套餐,前菜到甜品都齊,餐廳環境方面都好唔錯,好有氣氛,氛圍感一流!前前前菜當然係沙律,博多明太子沙律,沙律菜全部都係新鮮既,清爽清甜,加上明太子粒同沙律醬,有番適量既咸鮮味,開胃前菜既最佳首選(=^x^=)高級食材黎講一定要讚海膽三文魚子配時令生蠔,生蠔新鮮即開,夠晒肥美大隻,面頭要加埋厚厚既一條海膽同埋三文魚籽,更加滑身既口感,鮮味滲晒入口腔,係高級版既生蠔(´▽`)熟食既高級食材當然有主角之一既香煎澳洲龍蝦尾,龍蝦本身好大隻,所以龍蝦尾都好多肉,厚肉既龍蝦煎起上黎真係好香,煎到岩岩熟,外面好焦脆,但內裏仲係鮮嫩既,原得之了(^o^)/另一主角就係日本A4十勝和牛厚燒,另加$58,和牛真係好厚,一粒粒好有份量,厚燒既和牛口感好好,大粒得黎又軟腍到爆,牛味激重(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)
