To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

火鍋份量絕對充足 食物質素接受

三個月內已經吃了三次, 証明我也頗滿意這間火鍋.優點:這裏的特色, 我覺得是配料來得快, 也來得夠多.寫五個肥牛, 佢地真係會捧一大堆肥牛出來,貨真價實, 味道是普通的肥牛(之前吃過其他的火鍋店的肥牛是吞不下去的!)其中串好的蝦很鮮很爽, 魚片味道不錯,沙嗲湯底亦不俗.有無限的汽水, 果汁先生+水的橙汁,菊花茶,某中國品牌啤酒,有一次去到更有糖水喝呢(有渣渣及紅豆沙等)侍應服務態度很有街坊人情味, 感覺幾好!缺點:不過食物出太多也是一個缺點, 點了的肉丸,一碟有 20多粒.你點數款的丸子(如牛肉+龍蝦肉+墨魚肉), 就會有60多粒.如果人多又好吃的話, 是沒問題的.可是這裏的肉子味道奇差 不建議點太多款式...一至五去埋單不過 $100,假期去要貴十蚊可接受!
