今日再一次黎到荃灣紅棉大廈嘅大滾友打邊爐，呢間宮廷風火鍋店，真係食過返尋味。餐廳嘅九宮格調味醬料盤，記得一定要打卡，呢個醬料盤好獨特非常精緻。基本嘅醬料都會有，可以根據自己嘅口味調配。-今次我地食嘅係卜卜蜆鍋底，卜卜蜆鮮味十足，每隻都好肥美，而且食落一啲沙都冇。個湯頭亦都非常清甜，蒜味好濃郁，我足足飲左2大碗湯。-另外我地叫左細份嘅牛肉拼盤同伊比利亞橡果豬，個拼盤牛肉部位種類眾多，足足有7款，牛肉口感嫩滑，脂肪分布均勻，食落好有牛味。另外伊比利亞橡果豬都好推薦，上台仙氣滿滿，非常有儀式感。肉質方面幾有咬口。-除此之外，我地仲叫左蔬菜拼盤、帶子翠玉瓜餃子、鵝肝墨汁丸等等，都幾吾錯。最後再黎返個火焰豆腐花，真係好打卡able，大滿足。-
