值得回頭再品嚐的打邊爐,除左是獨突用心的湯底外,食材也有細份選擇,很適合兩,三知已或大夥兒去品嚐。入冬喇! 我地揀了一個滋潤椰青雞鍋底,這裡的湯底製法大多獨一無二, 兩大壺椰汁湯底加原個椰青,夠哂足料。 店主先把預先切好的鮮雞件,和椰青肉條在鍋內兜到半熟再加酒去除雞嘅腥味,火光熊熊,名副其實叫-火-鍋呢! 之後再倒入椰青湯,煮滾後即刻飲返兩大碗,温暖無比。除咗火鍋食材高評外,小食都很有質素。墨魚滑油炸鬼色香味俱全, 墨魚滑新鮮, 油炸唔油吃落不會油膩感 .手切霜降安格斯肥牛肥牛一定係火鍋餐嘅主角 ,沒有失望。油脂多,放到火鍋裡隨即散發出濃郁的牛香味。自家製四寶丸最令人忘懷是 梅菜豬肉丸和手打蝦丸梅菜豬肉丸很有家的味道, 梅菜香氣四溢, 豬肉汁濃郁,搭配起來非常有口感。手打蝦丸內的蝦非常多又新鮮啖啖肉。西洋菜帶子 /皮蛋芫茜餃子 兩款 自家製 餃子都係脹卜卜,份量飽滿,皮蛋芫茜好特別, 兩款菜餃子都很足料,一咬落已經散發著淡淡新鮮菜味。廣島蠔肉質飽滿肥美,彈性,鮮甜嫩滑溜,火鍋後濃味甘香香茅檸檬薏米水和竹蔗茅根兩樣都係自家製唔太甜 ,食火鍋啱曬。食飽後超滿足, 好快又會再嚟!
