To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

繁忙工作間隙，同事提議要食一鍋堂，我哋一班人就去「一鍋堂」食放題🥳。我地四位勇士，途經15分鐘等位時間，開餐！我哋選擇了最受歡迎嘅「70分鐘定量火鍋餐(日本黑毛和牛肉片)$178」，入面分量十足，好過癮～：，牛肉超級高質，肉質滑嫩，食落有入口即溶嘅感覺，味道鮮美到爆！👍👍火鍋湯底我哋選咗「冬陰功湯」。湯底味道正宗，微辣嘅口感配合濃郁嘅口感真係好足，好有胃口呀，因為酸酸辣辣😋😋「牛肉超級高質」：濃濃嘅牛肉香味😚😚「炙燒芝心丸」，彈牙嘅口感配合炙燒，真系每一啖都食得非常滿足😝😝而且，「獅子狗」質感紮實，「廚師雞肉腸」，而且「菜芯」嘅清新，同火鍋餐點配起嚟真係一絕呢～呢度嘅火鍋料質依然高，一試難忘，所以我哋每人食晒，又再嚟過🤩🤩
