天氣涼涼地一定要打邊爐啦。湯底揀了番茄蟹湯,D蝦蟹同番茄湯底分開上,D海鮮都幾新鮮。牛肉就揀咗本地牛頸脊,牛肉味都幾重,同埋D牛都真係幾新鮮。另外就試咗碟牛白肉,淥一淥就要即刻食,如果唔係淥耐咗就會好韌。碟牛白肉好爽,都好新鮮。我覺得用炸魚片頭打邊爐好過魚蛋,D魚片頭吸晒D湯特別正。佢呢度嘅韭菜餃係自己包嘅,好重韭菜味好正。之後再加咗個炸紫菜響鈴,即叫即炸,所以好脆,佢可以就咁即食或者落湯打邊爐,兩種食法都唔錯。
