最近晌FB見到金功夫點心火鍋晌灣仔開咗間旗艦店,叫得旗艦店地方大就唔在講,最重要見到為慶祝新店,推出一蚊雞湯底優惠,去到11月18日止,因為都曾經到訪過北角店,知道佢哋用料都有水準,所以,就趁限期前趕去享用個咁筍嘅優惠,剛啱香港天氣轉涼咗,入夜更有少少寒意,打鞭爐就更正。講番個優惠先,只限瑤柱白玉滑雞鍋,逢星期一至日都得,限於晚市時段18:00-21:00,亦只限新開嘅灣仔分店。其實,除一蚊雞湯底外,同步仲有一蚊蝦餃皇優惠,主要供應於午市時段,就連星期六、日都有。餐廳環境幾雅致,以深啡色襯金,感覺唔會太老套,近窗一邊全部落地大玻璃,加上高樓底,都令整體空間感更強。一邊圓枱,一邊卡位,悉隨尊便。摺頁嘅點菜紙分類為餐前小食、刺身、精選鍋底海產、新鮮手切牛肉、特色推介、肉類、滑類、餃子類、丸類、蔬菜及麵類,而刺身又有多款拼盤選擇。原以為得火鍋,原來亦有晚飯小菜、燒味、海鮮,所以,嚟依度又豈止食火鍋咁單一選擇。行經洗手間時,見到原來近門口旁有大大座魚缸,目測所見都喺貴價海鮮,游水生猛,所以,如果嚟食海鮮,食材應該有一定嘅保證,當然,消費就肯定高好多啦!仲有一張餐牌,主要羅列各款飲品,打鞭爐諗住

落好單後,侍應就會捧上醬料架,有沙嗲醬、蒜蓉、紅椒、辣醬、蔥花、金蒜粒、麻醬等,任由客人自由組合,不過只可攞一次,茶芥及醬油費$18位。沙嗲醬、蒜蓉、蔥花喺小弟是次嘅心水組合,加點湯撈勻就用得。

晌樓下已經見到佢哋楝咗個牌,個滑雞鍋真喺堅$1就有。白玉喺指冬瓜,所以,見高湯中有個冬瓜環,內裡放滿滑雞件及瑤柱絲,待滾起就有侍應切開件冬瓜,再滾多一陣就食得。

啲雞入口非常嫩滑,所以,所喺要趁快食,否則可能越滾越嚡,冬瓜亦好清甜;由於啲雞本身唔肥,加上有啲冬瓜吸吓油,故個湯好清,趁未淥嘢食先飲兩啖,香甜而不膩

上次晌北角店試過其新鮮手切本地牛肉,用料確喺有一手,不過,親友唔太食牛,所以,牛肉、牛丸、牛乜牛物就無點過,而晌眾多肉類中,就試試日本黑豚肉。

餐廳有免費wifi,環境舒服好坐,食材又具質素,所以,唔可以跟啲任食火鍋相比。雖然,幾個侍應都服務殷勤,又有禮貌,但就有少少生手,睇落好年輕,應該喺初出茅廬,不過,只要踏實去做將會練就一身好功夫,只識怨天尤人喺無乜用嘅。
