金功夫點心火鍋鄰近公司,所以我同同事都會成日黎食。同事收到消息,話餐廳就黎結業,我地就再次黎食喇,但冇諗過今次會咁受氣~我地預先卜好榙,一行8人,但侍應搞錯左,將應該預留比我地既榙比左另一圍客人,只能安排一張細既4人榙。跟住經理用好差既語氣同我地講:「唔食就聽日黎!」、「不過我地聽日就唔做!」但無奈已經擾攘左一輪,食飯時間已過左一半,我地就食埋今日佢地既最後一餐~但論野食既話,佢地既點心真係唔錯,但服務態度真係好差。瑤柱蛋白炒飯牛肉腸粉一人一粒蝦餃,呢個超滿足,入面原隻大蝦,湯係花旗參湯,好有益。海鮮批蘿蔔飽~

身為香港人,最愛的都是中餐,最喜歡的都是飲茶。在家附近,在工作地點附近,一旦出現新酒樓,雖不會立即去,但都會找一個時間去,試下點心出品的好壞。灣仔道的《金功夫點心火鍋》,開左都有一段日子,可是該店沒有早茶時段而令我沒有癮一個人去飲中午茶。不過,幸有好友約見面,就不如飲茶啦,就近,我選了這兒。 酒樓兩層,一層是純包箱房的,適合大小老闆招待貴客、談生意。我們坐的一層是大廳,中午做點心飲茶,晚上就是圍爐取暖,打邊爐的地方。點心,打頭炮來到的,是這一個黑芝麻松皮包。一隻一籠,一人一隻,是《金功夫》的 signature 點心之一。 外層有少少香脆,但這香脆感同柔軟的包外層是一體的,味道香口,香軟,而芝麻餡很甜,很是美味。 鮮蝦菜苗餃,皮又煙韌又晶瑩剔透,單是看,已經知道餃子皮的功夫做得非常之好,加上有新鮮爽口的蝦,美味可口。 濃湯魚肚鮮竹卷,配上魚湯的鮮竹卷,味道特別鮮甜。鮮竹卷內有雞肉加香滑的魚肚,顯得既高貴又好味道。 遠年陳皮牛肉球,牛肉味的確是鮮香,我們亦的確食到有陳皮的香味。熱熱地吃入口,吃得出是牛肉多過麵粉,在底的腐皮又厚又有口感,淋埋喼汁,更香口惹味。 之後是蟹子鮮蝦球燒賣皇,不是

四月頭晚上星期一想去吃點心和火鍋,去到佢門口大約七點,問樓下個短髮眼鏡呀姐有無四位,佢眼神望都無望過我地一下,就自己同對講機講「四位塔抬」。。已經心諗咩事問都無問過我地可唔可以同其他人share table, 之後都係無望過我地無應過,再等左五分鐘,終於忍唔住再問,有無位?佢竟然用勁嬲既樣答我地「米叫你地等等囉」,真係唔知點講,因為佢係無叫過我地等同無理過我地。建議餐廳可以換左位呀姐,就算食物幾好食,都無人想未食已受氣。

Not ever come across a restaurant like this.. it stated that it closed at midnight 12.. it was only 11:10... I went to the washroom and suddenly all lights gone... so scary! Is quickly rushed out and asked them why and then they reply was.... ' don't know someone is there'.... wow.. what kind of service it is??This is not at all a restaurant which worth trying!!!

個日中午係灣仔搵地方食lunch, 經過見到呢間金功夫, 朋友話不如去試下.  我地見個門面裝修咁高檔又未試過, 於是就入左去.  點知一試, 果然冇令人失望!滑雞鯇魚片生滾粥. 碗粥煲到好綿, 火候岩岩好.  裡面D雞冇呃人, 真係好滑, 仲要係新鮮雞黎, 因為食得出有雞味.... 鯇魚片一樣好滑身 要讚. 成碗野34蚊咁足料咁大碗其實真係好抵!醬皇土魷柏葉 幾特別既一款點心, 佢將D柏葉串起黎, 好似平時掃街咁, 感覺幾得意. 味道方面, 個汁幾好味但有D辣 食落有沙嗲味 因為D柏葉夠大塊所以食落去口感好豐富. 吾錯吾錯!陳村粉蒸排骨, 呢個我想講真係好好食!! 首先佢D粉好厚身之餘又夠滑, 沾埋D汁黎食真係會食到吾想停. 排骨蒸到好淋, D肉質好嫩滑 蒸到入哂味, 好好味!酥皮焗叉燒包, 酥皮夠酥XD 入面D叉燒都算多, 值得一試. 總括而言, D野食質素好高, 傳統食品水平比外面酒樓或點心鋪高, 創新的款式亦有相當水準, 值得推介.
