To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

炆紅薯粉好入味

話說某日路過威靈頓街，諗住試吓三哥個香辣回鍋肉蝦仁炆米線。大概12:20pm 去到，門口已經有8, 9個人等緊，攞完飛後排咗半個鐘先入到去。一入去突然心血來潮想食薯粉，就將炆米線改做薯粉。另外見到有個新小食: 麻辣醬銀耳鹿茸菇，一於叫埋試吓。個炆薯粉(10小辣)香氣撲鼻，表面鋪滿一層紹菜同回鍋肉。回鍋肉夠入味同埋冇油膩感，蝦仁就普普通通，不過感覺好足料，一路食一路都仲搵到回鍋肉片同埋蝦仁 😂 薯粉都夠入味，10小辣對我嚟講啱啱好，而且質感夠咬口之餘又唔會太靭。唯一美中不足係原來三哥冇得少薯粉，對我呢d成日食唔晒碗米線/薯粉嘅人嚟講有d浪費食物 😣麻辣鹿茸菇爽脆可口，略嫌麻辣落得太重手，食咗幾啖已經覺得個嘴變咗孖潤腸 🥲 不過呢個應該係因為我本身淨係食到10小辣-5小辣 🤣食完好似上咗癮咁，已經諗緊下次幾時再試炆米線版本 😆
