To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

炎炎夏日，想同老公搵個舒服寧靜的地方嘆午餐。係Openrice 就搵到呢間位於皇家太平洋酒店嘅餐廳。疫情期間曾到過太平洋酒店staycation兩次，但當時呢間餐廳都冇開。今次決定試吓佢嘅半自助午餐。的確冇令我哋失望。價錢唔貴，頭盆和甜品嘅選擇唔算多，但都好足夠，仲有生果和餐飲，起碼好多款都啱我哋食，主菜我哋選咗香煎盲曹魚柳，皮脆肉滑配菜都有好多款。環境舒服寧靜闊落，仲有海景。
