To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時很少到大快活吃飯,就算去大快活,絶大多數都只是下午茶時段買一份豬扒包餐。今日又是下午茶時段去大快活,本應想照舊買豬扒包,想了一想,不如看一看餐牌,竟然發現新食品。可能不是新食品,不過我真的是太久沒吃大快活了。醬油豚肉炒烏冬感覺上挺吸引的,猶豫一陣後,最後決定試一試,便外賣了一份醬油豚肉炒烏冬+豉油皇雞脾,跟一杯熱檸水($39)。這個醬油豚肉炒烏冬賣相還可以。配料算豐富,有青蔥,生菜和草菇。下午茶的份量來說算是足夠的,烏冬口感偏淋,但味道還可以的,不過不失啦。對於大快活的要求不能過高。豉油皇雞脾肉質還好,不會過硬,但稱不上很美味帶有肉汁。為了填滿肚子的這一餐,尚可以接受吧。
