香港人對炒蛋要求高,部份茶餐廳的炒蛋有奇技,除了「快」之外,還有秘笈。此快餐店的炒蛋,遠不及大快活,已一年無光顧。久別一嚐,炒蛋份量很多,塞得滿滿的,熱烘烘的。比以往嫩滑,做到了炒蛋快,出貨快。但不加鹽的話,會覺得太淡,食不出蛋味。美國餐廳堅持只用美國蛋 ?混蛋肯定蛋味倍增。豆漿有水平。
