To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午飯時間又四出搵食。 如果你鐘情大排檔的鑊氣，你一定要黎大喜茶檔。 雖則佢既兩餸飯同咖喱飯都相當出名，之但係佢既炒粉麵飯係好出衆，一定要食。今日同同事點左揚州粉飯、干炒牛河同肉片炒米。 揚州炒飯好乾身，啲飯粒粒分明，啲蝦好爽口，咸度剛剛好（我鐘意食淡味），真係好正!到個干炒牛河，不得了!真係好耐無食過咁有鑊氣，炒得咁干身既牛河，老抽上色夠均，牛肉夠滑!真係好好味呀!到炒米已經有8成飽，滋味大減的情況下仍然食左一碗。 個人認為個米係多左少少油味，如果可以少啲油就最好啦。 一定要講啲肉片同菜真係超級新鮮同爽口!特別係啲菜!真係好出色!最後不得不讚杯奶茶，係我最鐘意既有澀味既奶茶! 個茶膽真係一流! 下次要食麻甩飯，首選大喜茶檔!
