每次經過銅鑼灣,都會見到這個充滿燈籠的越南餐廳。今次我就是聽到有人唱歌,決定入去食。入到去有好多不同風格的房🤔,好鬼靚,真的估唔到。價錢中價位,但環境幾靚仲要有live。不過唔係日日有。🔸️炒鮮牛肉湯河 $119因為怕食生牛肉,所以叫了炒鮮牛肉。牛肉已經半熟了,但不會好乾不會柴。我會先飲一啖湯底。湯底好濃、不油膩,之後再加配料。粉就比較厚實,不會一夾就斷。即叫即蒸手工粉包 $118薄薄的一層粉皮包,內有豬肉碎、木耳絲、香草。6件粉包要即包即蒸,要等20分鐘左右。熱辣辣上枱,超好味。🔸️越南三味 $ 108落葉菜卷炸得脆脆,可配上旁邊的米線。蝦和豬肉用香茅串起,所以d肉有陣陣香茅味。我最喜歡豬肉串,豬味好香,食落甜甜地。🔸️牛油果慕絲芭菲配自家製椰子雪糕 $98芭菲賣相好靚,層層分明。椰子雪糕又滑又香。我覺得餐廳可以獨立出一款椰子雪糕。牛油果打成慕絲,比起雪糕相對冇咁甜,建議可以加d蜜糖。兩人share剛好。
