To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

炙燒三文魚都係呢間好味道

今晚兩老都唔係屋企食飯，就緊係食下d佢地唔太食既野即係魚生壽司。元氣都唔洗多講，食物質素都唔會相距太遠，不過！炙燒黑椒三文魚都係呢間比較好味道尖沙咀個間燒得唔夠透，有生有熟口感比較奇怪。呢間由於係旺區，所以醒目既我就會用佢個app拎定飛先上菜速度唔會太慢，心急既話直接拎迴轉既就可以。今次去佢有一d新期推出既壽司，試左其中一款，有ham同芝士係上面，感覺幾得意，值得一嚐。但再嚐與否就真係要睇心情啦環境黎講有少少迫，同絕大多數既香港地方一樣。由於佢係地牢，所以係上唔到網既但可以問番佢wifi密碼
