難得要見朋友仔,當然要搵間好啲嘅餐廳聚下啦,今日就去咗尖沙咀棉登徑嘅一間日式餐廳。每樣嘢食都好吸引,仲好有火候添,睇住師傅燒嘢食,都夠晒過癮。✨奶油芝士拌韓式醃鱈魚腸一嚟到睇落其實有少少似鵝腸,鱈魚腸師傅已經檔開晒,腸一面有少少脂肪,識落好香口,魚腸表面有啲爽口,奶油芝士好香,加埋少少檸檬汁上去,成個味道嘅層次感出晒嚟。✨咖喱烤大和雞雞鎚 佢嘅雞腿肉好大舊,上面有啲香草同埋咖喱汁,烤完之後成舊雞好入味,成個雞肉好嫩滑。✨鹽燒德島阿波尾雞翼 鹽燒雞翼普普通通,只係用少少鹽去吊味,食到雞嘅原汁原味。✨唐揚德島阿波尾雞胸 睇落個樣有少少似炸魷魚,原來佢係雞胸,配咗蕃茄醬,有少少似食緊麥樂雞嘅感覺。✨炭火燒黑椒德島阿波尾雞雞腎 雞腎係用炭火燒嘅,好爽口啊,每一舊都有炭香嘅味道,旁邊有一羹辣味醬,點完會更加惹味。✨德島竹竹輪魚餅本身個人都好鍾意食竹輪,啱啱燒完既竹輪卷熱辣辣脹卜卜配搭埋沙律醬食好滋味。✨蒜香辣椒蟹味噌烏冬成個烏冬都充滿着蟹膏嘅味道,每一條烏冬都掛滿晒醬汁,好幸福啊。✨炸宮前丸子甜品係小丸子,來都係熱辣辣啱啱炸好咗,免頭配左一啲甜甜地嘅醬汁,食落香脆可口,口感特別。

一嚟到睇落其實有少少似鵝腸,鱈魚腸師傅已經檔開晒,腸一面有少少脂肪,識落好香口,魚腸表面有啲爽口,奶油芝士好香,加埋少少檸檬汁上去,成個味道嘅層次感出晒嚟。

✨咖喱烤大和雞雞鎚
佢嘅雞腿肉好大舊,上面有啲香草同埋咖喱汁,烤完之後成舊雞好入味,成個雞肉好嫩滑。

✨鹽燒德島阿波尾雞翼
鹽燒雞翼普普通通,只係用少少鹽去吊味,食到雞嘅原汁原味。

睇落個樣有少少似炸魷魚,原來佢係雞胸,配咗蕃茄醬,有少少似食緊麥樂雞嘅感覺。
