Restaurant: Salaam Namaste Curry House
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行經呢度見到有個穿着廚師制服的南亞裔男仕從餐廳走出來，原來是一間印度餐廳的廚師👨🏻‍🍳。於是我的晚餐就轉食印度咖喱😄餐廳雖然地方細，但選擇都唔少。咖喱羊肉$98香濃獨特的咖喱，帶點膻味的軟滑羊肉，同naan配搭，天下無雙👍👍炭燒雞髀(半份)$105用鐵板上，半份都有4件，雖然外皮有點焦，但雞肉一啲都唔嚡，有少少焦香更加好好食😋😋Naan$20配咖喱食一流烤麥餅$12第一次試，有好香麥味，淨食都好好味羊肉饀餅$35係切碎羊肉做饀嘅naan
