上星期日去了爵樂印度餐廳GaylordIndian Restaurant食晚飯.店內怖置充滿印度風情.坐下後,店員先奉上胡椒脆餅,並配上兩款醬汁.我自己鍾意加上少許薄荷醬,入口脆卜卜,又充滿胡椒味的薄脆,兩者好㚒,非常醒胃,好適合餐前食.我地點了炭燒鮫魚和招牌烤春雞半隻.上檯時已香味撲鼻.由於用鐵板上,能夠保持熱度的時間較長.炭燒鮫魚.平日較少食鮫魚,這個魚肉質也算嫩滑,仲啖啖肉,啱晒怕骨的我.入口時也多了一份好香的香料味道, 而且味道調教適中.招牌烤春雞半隻.半隻雞分開兩件,我那件是雞脾,肉質還可以.而友仔那件是雞胸,肉質略為乾身左一些,但可以接受.相對鮫魚, 這個味道較濃味.再點了一個鑊仔洋蒽紅茄燴鮮蝦.蝦肉算彈牙,個汁帶點酸酸甜甜,幾醒胃.食印度野,我必點烤餅,今次選了蒜蓉烤餅.上檯已聞到好香蒜蓉味,入口帶少許微脆,就甘食已好好味.也可以點汁,我用上蝦那個汁,用來點烤餅一流.
