今晚同朋友在炮台山這家潮式私房菜相聚,放鬆吓。我好少食潮洲菜,感覺好新鮮。潮式拼盤:有燻牙帶魚,豬肉凍和海哲。魚肉滿煙燻的香味,久違了的味道。滷水鵝肝拼一口鮑魚 : 滷水鵝肝入口溶化。原來同鮑魚都好夾。野生菌花膠湯 : 湯十分清甜,嘗到菇菌的香味而且營養價值高。蘿蔔灌漿拚墨魚餅 : 蘿蔔灌漿好有蘿蔔味。有幸在這𥚃食到師傅的手工菜。墨魚餅香口惹味。老陳皮豉汁鱔片 : 鳝片大大件,彈牙而魚味鮮甜。豉汁陳皮令鳝片更加香囗。家鄉馳名鹹鮮雞 : 廚師煮得雞肉嫩滑,咸香味令雞味更突出。抇蒜蝃膏炒通菜 : 𧎚膏的惹味同通菜的清甜真是絕配。家鄉芋頸臘味焗飯 : 飯一入口就食到臘味的香味。芋頭好粉加埋入飯,口感好正。潮州福果綠豆爽:這樣的甜食真係第一次食。好清甜而綠豆粒軟硬剛好。
