To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係炮台山一條小小既內街發掘到呢間take away既coffee stand，已經係度開咗好幾年架喇，主打香港好少見既tap coffee，tap coffee即係直接係個tap斟出冷泡咖啡，令到咖啡面頭形成一層厚厚既泡沫，外形十足十黑啤咁😎😎。呢度除咗招牌tap coffee，仲有其他常見既咖啡類別同bagel，岩晒附近既上班族買個早餐或者light lunch，而且佢既咖啡杯套好有型，今期係霓虹燈，好有香港特色😻。Tap Coffe (Regular)面頭嘅咖啡泡好厚身，打得好細滑，咖啡飲落有少少果酸味，亦都有種類似煙燻既感覺，特別得嚟又好飲😗人均消費：$45推介指數（10分為滿分）：9分
