To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

炸物仲好食過魚生？！

呢個係元氣下午茶嘅餐，每個餐都可以自由配搭三樣嘢啦咁一個最主要係壽司。咁呢個有烏冬，炸周打蜆湯餅。先讚下呢個餐最好食嘅竟然係炸周打蜆湯餅，熱辣辣，中間又好creamy ,外層炸得好脆又唔太油。不過我覺得魚生唔夠新鮮，尤其係個三文魚同個蝦，隻蝦唔爽，而且有少少起膠。P.s. 呢間舖在地底，電話就唔係咁收到，不過就有wifi, facebook , whatapp 都夠快gei.
