今天來鰹烏冬吃一個Late Lunch ,午後人不多,可以隨意坐坐,有種日式小店的閒適。這裏的烏冬分冷烏冬、半湯烏冬(溫)及熱烏冬。天氣有點冷,先來豆乳鰹魚湯烏冬(熱),附上份量不少的海帶和蔥花。期望是一碗熱騰騰的湯,可惜湯來到只是溫溫的,有點失望。隨後到的是天婦羅玉子和炸雞,玉子半熟,溏心,調味不錯。伴以天婦羅碎,可加入烏冬中增加口感。炸雞有四大塊,炸得肉嫩多汁,火候控制不錯,炸粉不太厚,是水準之作,加上檸檬汁,添清新之感。鰹烏冬屬讚岐烏冬,是一貫的粗身煙靭嚼感,彈牙但不算掛湯,個人覺得還是吃冷烏冬配鰹魚冷麵汁,比較適合。
