To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 客家好棧嘅分店唔算多。我都係搬左入黎東涌先開始知道有呢間酒樓。客家好棧裝修唔似舊式酒樓,唔會淨係得圓枱,有提供兩人嘅卡位座。餐廳服務員都普遍有禮,見面笑容滿分💯✨‼️但希望餐廳可以改善員工習慣長期帶手套這個問題。例如岩岩幫客人收完野抹完枱轉頭可以用同一對手套擺新餐具或送餐給客人。希望員工收完污糟野可以換對新手套🙏🏻 見到餐廳換左新餐牌,以為會加入一些新菜式。但對比過後,發覺是沒有改變的。而且客家好棧嘅點心種類我覺得係比其他酒樓少,例如呢度係冇提供腸粉。我點左以下食物:✨鯪魚肉釀茄子一上碟嘅時候我都忍唔住嘩左一聲,因為鯪魚肉嘅份量一啲都唔孤寒,份量都算多,而炸到個表面好脆。👍🏻 茄子軟熟。✨鹹水角呢度啲炸物真係冇得頂。鹹水角新鮮炸起,脹卜卜、好脆,中間軟熟,入口煙煙韌韌。我食過好多間酒樓嘅鹹水角都係暖暖地,已經冧左。呢間係我每次食都覺得好正🧡✨豉汁蒸鳳爪鳳爪唔係有咬口果啲,蒸得好冧。入口啲骨好易甩出黎。醬汁唔太鹹,岩岩好。✨生炒牛肉飯炒得好有鍋氣,生菜亦好嫩。炒飯粒粒分明,但偏油,飯粒油光滿怖。

一上碟嘅時候我都忍唔住嘩左一聲,因為鯪魚肉嘅份量一啲都唔孤寒,份量都算多,而炸到個表面好脆。👍🏻 茄子軟熟。
