To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天在市中心人步行的時候,發現在地下店舖開了幾間新的茶餐廳,一間牛奶冰室。我和有人在下午茶時段走進店內,我看見有邪惡極致的雞髀薯條,便選擇了這一個下午茶餐。雞髀屬於生炸的, 10分鬆脆肉質鮮嫩, 肉汏仍然保持。除了方便薯條炸蠔薯條臉喺氣泡的,即是脆的,炸得十分有薯仔味道。另一個下午茶餐我們選擇了魚柳拼粟米,粟米是用水圾的,魚柳炸後肉質比較鬆散,容易入口,但如果喜歡肉質實的朋友便不會太喜歡了。在飲料方面,選擇了一個黑牛,黑牛就是可樂加雪糕,相信有不少朋友都喜歡這種飲料。雪糕是雲呢拿味,剛好與可樂10分配搭。另一方面我們選擇了紅豆冰紅豆冰的奶味十足,紅豆蓉甜味亦足夠。
