To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐之前經過見有酸辣米線賣一直都想試但係每次去太安樓都掛住買小食今朝出西灣河 就買外賣返屋企試下中午12點半 都幾多人等緊位好彩買外賣既得我一個炸蝦條酸辣米線 小辣 $30 （外賣再+$1）要讚一讚 佢用橡筋將餐具&碗綁埋一齊就算拎番去嗰陣倒瀉d湯 （呢樣野成日發生係我身上）都唔會浸住餐具 我隔左成個鐘先開黎食D米線無可避免浸到漲哂炸蝦條都等到淋哂 米線湯底本身係清湯唔係雲南米線嗰種好多香料既湯底酸辣味就同觀塘臻味一樣係來自自家製既酸菜炸蝦條3條絕對唔係凍肉店既貨色食到雲吞嗰種蝦味 見到蝦肉&中間有d綠豆唔會成口粉 我平時食三哥酸辣三小呢個小辣唔夠喉因為酸菜偏甜 辣度較低下次會直接揀中辣炸蝦條淋左好好食 會encore!!!
