出色嘅酒,係可以帶出食物嘅鮮味,紅酒,一般配紅肉;白酒,一般配海鮮,而清酒,應該都算係白酒嘅一種,所以佢同海鮮係特別夾嘅,而家嘅餐廳都會以佢哋嘅招牌菜同酒去做一個pairing,等客人嘗試唔同嘅配搭食出唔同嘅風味。好酒之人我去到mikiki見到個優惠價menu真係會忍唔住,直接叫左枝池龜純米吟釀,特價$288,而海鮮就揀咗佢配搭嘅砵酒焗石蠔,石蠔嘅size好大隻,大隻都起碼要分三啖食,肉又肥美多汁,而且炸漿薄薄一層,一咬落去真係會爆汁!第一啖你會俾炸焗蠔本身嘅醬汁同埋面頭嘅椒蔥粒驚艷到,但當你飲完一啖米香十足嘅清酒之後,酒體通夠豐富出蠔嘅味道,又會有另一番滋味,值得一試
