身邊不泛好韓國菜的朋友,上星期才吃過偏辣的韓國菜,今個星期又轉一轉吃惹味炸雞,這家位於銅鑼灣的樓上炸雞店,晚上還未到七點,店外已經坐住一排WALK IN等位的食客﹔餐廳內燈光偏向昏暗、一首又一首播著女團的MV,而且不少韓國人到此用餐,一刻錯覺以為自己身在韓國,啤酒配炸雞絕對是經典配搭,餐廳有韓國Hite啤酒外,亦有生啤、真露燒酒還有水果味燒酒幾種選擇,水果味燒酒一共有六種口味選擇(乳酪、石榴、檸檬、菠蘿、蘋果和桃),我們選了桃味燒酒($120/渣),起初以為桃味燒酒會帶乳白色,不過實物更似橙汁,帶果汁甜味酒味輕很易入口,但畢竟也是由燒酒混合而成,酒量淺的要小心會不自覺喝多﹔大蒜鼓油炸雞($178),最吸引莫過於有濃郁大蒜香,炸雞用過醬油醃制帶甜味,一盤雞大約有十多件,兩人分量就剛剛好,粉漿夠薄做得到雞件外脆內軟的感覺﹔韓宮年糕($128),鍋內有牛肉、紅蘿蔔、椰菜、洋蔥、芝麻等多種材料,以致湯汁十分濃甜而且粉絲吸滿肉汁精華很入味,值得一讚﹔反而年糕面口感較硬實,難吸入醬汁,感覺一般﹔
