晶瑩鮮蝦餃(2粒)($16)餃皮比坊間煙韌,蝦肉尚算爽口。原隻蝦燒賣(2粒)($15)豬肉餡有咬口,唔似全肥肉,面嗰隻蝦彈牙。不錯。黑金流沙包($25)包皮鬆軟,裡面嘅流沙咸蛋黃都多,而且唔太咸。金沙脆皮銀蘿腸($28)腸粉皮好滑,裡面脆皮再包住粗條白蘿蔔絲,口感有層次。好搞笑有條菜芯係上面。籠仔臘味飯($44)有臘腸、臘肉、臘鴨各三件,三款臘味都好味,尤其是臘肉,肥瘦各半,肥位唔油膩,瘦肉唔韌。飯底講明用金鳳米,粒粒分明又唔“削”,撈埋啲臘味蒸出嚟嘅油,香味提升。好味道。PS:茶錢$3@,不收加一。
